PRIVACY POLICY – NOTICE

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This document outlines the methods by which Our Films S.p.A. (“Our Films”) uses personal data provided by users of the website www.ourfilms.it (“Website”).

Personal data provided by users will be processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679, known as the “General Data Protection Regulation” (“GDPR”), and, in particular, in accordance with the principles of proportionality, necessity, lawfulness, fairness, and transparency in personal data processing.

2. DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller of personal data processing is Our Films S.p.A., with registered office at Via Giovanni Nicotera n. 29, 00195 Rome, share capital: 102,000 euros fully paid-up, VAT number, tax code and registration number in the Companies’ Register: 17506111008, fully paid-up share capital of €102,000.00, certified email (PEC): ourfilmsspa@pec.it.

3. CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED, BROWSING DATA

The computer systems and software procedures responsible for the correct functioning of the Website may collect, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in internet communication protocols. This category of data includes, among others: IP addresses relating to the computers used by users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code indicating the status of the server's response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. These data are used solely for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to ensure its proper functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical cyber crimes to the detriment of the Website.

4. PURPOSES AND METHODS OF DATA PROCESSING

The personal data collected will be accessible to internal and external personnel responsible for processing for the above-mentioned purposes. 6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to be informed about the purposes and methods of data processing, to access their data at any time, and, in particular, to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed, to request to receive the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format to transmit the data to another controller freely and without hindrance. Users also have the right to request the rectification, updating, or integration of their personal data, as well as the right to request at any time the erasure, anonymization, or blocking and limitation of the processing of their personal data. Users finally have the right to obtain the restriction of processing or to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The exercise of such rights, however, may be subject to some limitations and exclusions pursuant to the GDPR and applicable regulations.

Our Films may amend this Notice to comply with developments in national and/or European law, as well as to keep pace with technological innovations and other similar reasons. Any amended versions of this Notice will be published on the Website. Please read this Notice carefully and check periodically for any updates or revisions.
